What technique do you use to create these portraits?

I create my portraits drawing with a Wacom tablet and using a vintage vector drawing software, which gives my work its distinct style. The process involves embracing the software’s limitations, such as a limited color palette and precise lines, and there is no AI involved in the process.

Can pets or people in different pictures be drawn together?

Of course, I can combine pets who are in separate pictures. Simply upload the photos and I will create the best looking portrait.

I cannot find the size I want listed. Can you do other sizes?

If you are ordering a digital file, mention the size or dimensions in the "Comment" field or send me an email after you have placed the order. For prints I can do your artwork in almost all popular sizes, message me before placing the order so I can make sure that your required size is available.

How do I print my digital file?

The digital files are very easy to print! I recommend printing them as a digital photo on matte paper. This ensures high-quality prints.
You can also send the file to an online printing company such as printful.com.

The digital files are usually formatted to be flexible for different print sizes, such as 8x10", 12x16".
The advantage of digital files is that you can print them as many times as you like, and you have the flexibility to choose different sizes or mediums depending on your needs.

Please note that if you ordered a digital file, no physical item will be shipped.

If you ordered a physical print:

The print sizes are 8x10 or 11x14 inches, printed on high-quality, thick, matte, archival, acid-free paper for long-lasting quality. The price covers the cost of shipping.

Do you replace items that are incorrect or damaged when delivered?

Yes. If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please send an email to [email protected] with your order number and a brief note describing the issue with your shipment. If you have received a damaged item, please include a photo that clearly shows the product defect so that we may investigate the underlying cause of the issue.
I will be happy to send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
